Bishoi graduated from the University of Sydney in 2016 and is currently undertaking his Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland, working toward APA Titling. His clinical focus is centred on endurance sports, as an active endurance athlete, he has a particular passion for working with runners, cyclists, and triathletes. 

Bishoi has extensive background in acute post-operative rehabilitation, particularly ACL reconstructions and joint replacements, and continues to manage a high volume of shoulder, knee, and lower-limb conditions. His approach emphasises accurate diagnosis, clear communication, and empowering patients through education, ensuring each individual can return to high performance.

Cathal O'Kane

Cathal graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2014 and brings over 10 years of physiotherapy experience across hospitals, private clinics and sporting environments.
As an avid runner himself, Cathal has developed a strong passion for treating running-related injuries and helping athletes of all levels stay strong, resilient and performing at their best. He combines his clinical expertise with firsthand knowledge of the demands of training, racing and returning from injury.
Cathal also has a strong background in orthopaedics and previously led the orthopaedic physiotherapy service in one of Sydney’s largest hospitals. He has extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation and fracture management, and is skilled in casting, plastering and dry needling.
Approachable and evidence-driven, Cathal is committed to helping each client reach their goals—whether that’s running pain-free, recovering from surgery or returning to the activities they love.
