Cancellation & Attendance Policy

At Omnia Physio, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to both our clinicians and other patients, the following policy applies.

Appointment cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice, may incur a late cancellation fee.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. The full appointment fee may still apply.

Fees

Late cancellations and non-attendances may be charged at up to 100% of the appointment fee. These fees are not claimable through private health funds, Medicare, or NDIS.

Exceptional circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can occur. Exceptional circumstances will be considered at the discretion of Omnia Physio.
