1. About Us
Omnia Physio is a private physiotherapy clinic providing musculoskeletal, sports, and rehabilitation services. All physiotherapy services are delivered by physiotherapists registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

2. Appointments
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.
By booking an appointment with Omnia Physio, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our associated policies.

3. Fees & Payments
Payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via EFTPOS, credit card, and other payment methods as advertised. Fees are set by Omnia Physio and may change from time to time.
Any applicable rebates through private health insurance, Medicare, or other funding schemes are subject to the rules of the relevant provider. Omnia Physio does not guarantee rebate eligibility or rebate amounts.

4. Cancellations & Non-Attendance
Omnia Physio requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, may incur a fee of up to 100% of the appointment cost. These fees are not claimable through health funds, Medicare, or NDIS.

5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other patients. The full appointment fee may still apply.

6. Treatment & Clinical Responsibility
Physiotherapy services provided by Omnia Physio are delivered in accordance with professional standards and current clinical guidelines.
Treatment outcomes may vary between individuals. No guarantees are made regarding treatment results, recovery timelines, or outcomes.
You acknowledge that participation in physiotherapy may involve some risk, including temporary discomfort or symptom aggravation.

7. Medical Information & Consent
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, current condition, and any changes to your health.
By attending an appointment, you consent to physiotherapy assessment and treatment as clinically indicated.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Omnia Physio is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal and health information is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

9. Third-Party Services & Referrals
Where required, Omnia Physio may refer you to other healthcare providers or services. Omnia Physio is not responsible for services provided by third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability
